OCA Building Co is a professional carpentry partnership founded by two fully qualified tradesmen with over 18 years of combined hands-on experience across residential, commercial, and insurance projects. Our business has been built on reliability, quality workmanship, safety compliance, and strong communication with builders and project managers
We remain highly hands-on and actively work on the tools alongside our team. This approach ensures we maintain strict quality control, lead by example on-site, and stay closely involved in day-to-day operations. We currently operate with a skilled team of nine carpenters, allowing us to resource multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining consistent delivery standards, timeframes, and site professionalism.
